Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to bookings made with MAHI TOUR AND TRAVELS.
Cancellation by Customer
Free cancellation is generally available up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup for local cabs, unless a special package condition was shared at booking time.
Standard Deductions
48 to 72 hours before service: up to 20% retention. 24 to 48 hours before service: up to 40% retention. Under 24 hours or no-show: up to 100% retention.
Non-Refundable Components
Any already paid third-party expenses such as hotel booking fees, permits, toll passes, or event tickets are non-refundable unless recovered from the third party.
Cancellation by Company
If we cancel a confirmed service due to operational reasons and cannot provide an alternative, eligible advances are refunded to the original payment source.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
